I was so disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The room was unclean, with a broken bathroom door that wouldn’t lock, which made me feel unsafe. To make matters worse, I ended up getting bitten by bed bugs, leaving me uncomfortable and in pain the rest of my stay. It felt like a nightmare, especially since the noise from the supposed nightclub made it hard to rest.

staying at dorus was pleasant, especially due to its great location near public transport. i particularly enjoyed the bar, where divya made my visit special with her polite service. moderately priced food and drinks added to the experience. it's the little things that make a stay memorable!

However, the furniture looked a bit worn out, and there was definitely some noise at night from the club downstairs. Not ideal if you’re trying to sleep. Overall, not bad, but definitely could use some improvements.

The executive suite had nice carpets and wallpapers. AC was cool, and the bathroom had a bath and shower combo. Got body soap, shampoo, and towels. The fitness center was handy, and I enjoyed the sauna. Room service was prompt, though front desk needed improvement. Overall, it was comfortable but could use some better housekeeping.

I loved how close the hotel is to Baniyas Square metro station and major shopping malls. It made commuting with the kids super easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the facilities like the swimming pool that the kids enjoyed during our stay.

In my wife's opinion, the room cleanliness was lacking overall. For families with children, a more thorough cleaning routine would greatly improve the experience.

The nearby Dubai Heritage Village and Al-Serkal Cultural Foundation provided a fantastic backdrop for my weekend strolls, allowing me to soak in the city's rich culture within just a couple of kilometers from my stay, making it easy to indulge in leisurely walks and explore stunning parks and landmarks. not to mention, the friendly staff helped me find some great local dining options just a short walk away, making my stay even more enjoyable as a solo traveler.
